With over 25 years’ experience in Leadership, Marketing, Business, HR & Recruitment, working within the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, Victoria has a wealth of skills, knowledge, and expertise to assist and support businesses today. Experience spread across international corporations through to independently owned businesses.

Whilst her knowledge extends across all aspects of HR and recruitment, Victoria also has considerable experience in direct leadership, people development, change management and strategic thinking. 

With a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and a Degree in Business Management, majoring in business change & transformation and sales & marketing, Victoria has been responsible for the leadership of staff, employer branding, candidate attraction campaigns, people engagement, training and development, succession planning and the well-being of thousands of employees over her entire career, spanning across a wide network of industries. Currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Social Services majoring in Mental Health Support, Victoria is passionate about the overall well-being of people in the workplace.

In more recent years, Victoria was the co-Director of Human Connections Group, where she partnered with SME business in the Otago & Southland area, to support and assist in cultural development, staff attraction, engagement and retention, skills training and development, including psychometric evaluations, leadership growth and best practice.
