In every organisation, there is a collective responsibility to constantly identify, monitor and address hazards in order to prevent injuries and illness.

The Health and Safety at Work Act emphasises the importance of understanding, promoting, and implementing effective health and safety practices.


This workshop will give you the knowledge to manage risks and hazards both before and after incidents arise.


Anyone who has responsibility for health and safety processes within their business including business owners, managers, team leaders, supervisors, health and safety representatives and workers.

  • How to develop lag and lead indicators for high risk hazards
  • Understanding the "duty of care"
