WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY...

"This course is valuable to anyone that has to deal with staff and staff issues. The discipline side of managing staff is a mine field and the course ensures you are equipped to follow a procedural path to avoid the financial trap of a PG because process hasn't been followed completely. With so many variables to this, it is important to get it right. I personally went to confirm I was doing it correctly and for the most part I am. However, there are always things that can be improved on. eg: I found it interesting that consultation means just that - to consult. It does not mean a negotiation process where the parties arrive at mutual agreement as an outcome".
