A comprehensive overview of the performance management process.
This programme will equip you with practical information on how to manage employee performance and disciplinary issues.
Business owners, managers, supervisors and human resource professionals.
Is it performance or discipline? You will learn how to improve the way you conduct the performance management and disciplinary process.
"This course is valuable to anyone that has to deal with staff and staff issues. The discipline side of managing staff is a mine field and the course ensures you are equipped to follow a procedural path to avoid the financial trap of a PG because process hasn't been followed completely. With so many variables to this, it is important to get it right. I personally went to confirm I was doing it correctly and for the most part I am. However, there are always things that can be improved on. eg: I found it interesting that consultation means just that - to consult. It does not mean a negotiation process where the parties arrive at mutual agreement as an outcome".
