Rhys has an extensive history in project management and is passionate about delivering successful projects.
He is the director of a training and consulting business providing leadership, guidance and support in a variety of sectors including government, corporate and not for profit. He works with small businesses through to international organisations at all levels.
He believes in providing training that is relevant to ensure people have the knowledge and skills in place to be effective in their roles. Blending experience with practical project management techniques and knowledge, Rhys provides informative and applicable training, ensuring attendees understand the concepts discussed and can use the tools covered. Having run a PMO overseas and executed projects in a number of environments, Rhys will tell you what does and doesn’t work.
Rhys is a certified project manager (PMP) and the Membership Lead for the Project Management Institute of NZ.
