This course is designed to give participants a high-level understanding of how to successfully implement continuous improvement into a business. It provides an understanding of the difference between a project approach and an integrated business approach. You will leave with the knowledge of where to look for improvement opportunities and relevant techniques that make a difference when applied. The techniques are practical, proven and include elements from the well tested approaches of Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.

A Quality Management professional Gordon has extensive experience across multiple industry groups; including public sector, small local and large international businesses. He has led the drive for continuous quality improvement with businesses globally and in the process has improved systems with significant reduction in costs of non-conformance. He now focuses his efforts on working with individual businesses to identify and implement improvement opportunities that deliver improved productivity and resulting profits. A former national evaluator for the NZ Business Excellence Awards, Gordon provides a well-balanced approach to businesses he assists.
