Ashley Burdon from Invercargill
Ash, a born and bred Southlander, has worked in New Zealand’s rural sector since 1999 including 11 years of rural banking.
During this time he learnt the value of understanding his strengths, leveraging the strengths of others, and the influence of various leadership styles.
Ash is a Principal at a leading Southland accounting and business advisory firm. He is enthusiastic and committed to helping leaders and business owners develop clarity and realise their capability, using TetraMap and coaching conversations. "I get a real thrill when I see owners' confidence grow, as they gain clarity within their business."
Ash is also an associate of Coach Approach Limited and he sees coaching as the core foundation for the successful leadership of teams and growth of people.
Ash is a Certified TetraMap facilitator. He is a Lincoln University graduate and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management (NZIPIM). His experience includes having been a director and shareholder of a Southland dairy farming operation.
