This workshop will help you as an employer understand aspects of employment legislation and build mutual trust in employment relationships. To foster good faith behaviour to grow your business and ensure that your employees have a fair understanding of all aspects of employment legislation in relation to their workplace.

The aim is to assist small employers to improve their understanding of:
• The Principles of good faith in employment relationships
• Employer/employee rights
• Holiday entitlements
• Parental Leave entitlements
• Discrimination provisions under the Human Rights Act 1993
