Presented as a series of one and a half day, fast paced "themes", ELEVATE is designed to give leaders and managers valuable insight into what it takes to lead in today’s dynamic business environment.

Building and leading teams
Everyone brings their own unique talents, strengths and personalities to a team. Whether you’re putting a new team together or developing an existing one, it can be a real challenge to get everyone to contribute productively. It’s much easier when you understand how groups develop and you have a plan in place. Learn how to change your approach at each stage of your team’s development and help them become effective more quickly by applying Lencioni’s model – ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team.’

Influencing others
Influencing others is an important part of working at a senior level, regardless of the role. Every business professional needs to be able to engage with people and get their buy-in and approval on ideas, opinions and decisions. Learn to recognise which influencing style is required in different situations and develop strategies that will help you achieve the outcome you desire.

Feedback for results
Feedback plays a critical role in improving workplace performance. Effective feedback enables an individual to change and is a crucial part of improving individual and team performance. This workshop focuses on the one-on-one conversations held between managers and their direct reports. You’ll get to know your own feedback style and use models to plan and prepare positive developmental and personal feedback.

Eligibility
Small and medium size businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Approved businesses will receive a voucher for up to 50% of the course investment fee.
