Taking Charge Series: Employment Agreements


There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to employment agreements. This session will take a practical look at the key ingredients of an employment agreement and discuss issues around the employment relationship. 


Employers, managers and human resource professionals

  • Key terms, what should an what must be included in an employment agreement

  • Changes and variations to employment agreements and what to do when these are required

  • Rules, policies and procedures and how these fit alongside employment agreements 


You will be provided with an understanding of the different types of employment relationships that can exist, why employment agreements need to clearly reflect and record that relationship and the implications of not getting the paperwork right.
