Otago Southland Employers' Association offers business coaching to support business owners and their senior managers to be accountable for achieving business growth results and build their organisations capabilities.

Our team of employment lawyers and health and safety consultants offer coaching either over the phone or face-to-face.

Types of business coaching and/or training may include any of the following topics (but is not limited to)

  • Health and safety systems

  • Health and safety documentation and policies

  • Hazard identification and analysis

  • Strategies to deal with health and safety issues, for example, stress, rehabilitation, work related health issues

  • Terms of employment and employment agreements

  • Holidays, leave, payroll and KiwiSaver

One-on-one business coaching service has qualified for the NZTE Capability Development voucher programme

Small and medium size businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Approved businesses will receive a voucher for up to 50% of the course investment fee.
