Our team of employment lawyers offer business coaching to support business owners and their senior managers.

OSEA business coaching service is flexible depending on your needs and can be delivered either over the phone or face-to-face. We can work one-on-one with individuals, or groups up to three people.

Eligibility
Small and medium size businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Approved businesses will receive a voucher for up to 50% of the course investment fee.
