Innovation Management

Organisations operate in dynamic and challenging markets where they continue to look for better and smarter ways to do things. Some organisations demonstrate the ability to adapt to change by continuing to explore new ways to do things, introduce new or improved products and services. The innovation process is central to many of these organisations.

Many innovative organisations recognise the important part that people, at all levels, play in the innovation process and overall organisational success. Leaders and managers are often curious about innovative management practices and seek to investigate new concepts in order to compare and contrast these with their existing processes.

This workshop is designed for business leaders, managers or anyone who want to develop a greater understanding of the innovation process and innovation management.
