The Basics of People Leadership is available as an in-house training programme. It will provide your team with an introduction of what is expected from their team members and their own managers.

It will discuss the importance of communication, clear expectations and honesty in the working relationship and encourages self reflection of participants behaviours.

Kate Logan is an experienced senior human resource practitioner who has held senior management roles in public, private and global organisations over the last 20 years.

She has had experience in a number of industries including manufacturing, engineering, trade/distribution and professional services.

Kate brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to her facilitation.
