Brief Overview

This course will provide you with the opportunity to improve your investigative skills to gather the facts and objectively assess those facts and arrive at appropriate measures to prevent any further injuries. You will get the tools to be able to analyse the facts, identify the contributing factors, and discover the root cause through the entire process, from the first steps of securing the area, through the final stages of taking corrective actions and follow-up.
