Programme Structure and Productivity Improvement
After the initial workshop, the next two weeks each have teleconference calls to ensure all participants apply and practice the specific skills. Sharing this knowledge and completing the weekly workplace assignments helps ensure sustainable new habits are created. Through the coaching calls you will be able to discuss your challenges and confirm your progress with a sales coach who will help you overcome difficulties and help you practice new behaviors that support better sales results.
After these teleconference calls, the third week contains a final program test to ensure you have a better understanding why each step in the sales process is necessary.
