This course overviews and introduces attendees to a wide range of ‘strategies’ which will assist them to understand how culture influences business relationships, practices and policies. The course presents a broad picture of the major cultures New Zealand deals with within international trade. The various tips and checklists associated with this course will help alleviate the possible pitfalls that can await the unwary.
