This course overviews and introduces the concepts of the exporting processes requiring consideration, debate and planning for the company wishing to develop an Export Market Entry Strategy. We will commence from where the decision has been made that we ‘Will enter the market’. The various checklists associated with this course will highlight what is required during the market entry decision phase to export so possible pitfalls that can await the unwary. No prior knowledge of exporting is assumed.
