Bullying in the Workplace
Who should attend
• All employers and employees
• It is especially beneficial to Managers operating at all levels of seniority, because behaviours change quicker and for the long-term if the ‘buy-in’ is from the top down. The organisation itself also benefits.
Brief Overview
Workplace bullying is a concern for all workplaces. It is not a new concept, nor, unfortunately, does it seem to be going away. There is however, a growing awareness of the effects bullying behaviour can have on individuals and organisations. Bullying can affect health, reduce productivity, drain resources, and has legal implications for the employer and managers.
