Conference Room Hire

The Association provides convenient, competitively-priced facilities for conferences, meetings, interviews and product display. Standard equipment is included in the rates (fee applies for Data Show Projector) and catering can be arranged to suit your budget.

Carparking is available free of charge and the Association's premises are easily reached from central Dunedin and both motorways.

Association members enjoy concessional rates on room rates.

(All rates are effective from 1 January 2006. GST should be added in each case)

Conference Room 1

Seating 50 Theatre Style 20 Board Room Style
Members $150 per day $100 per half day/evening
Non Members $225 per day $150 per half day/evening

Conference Room 2

Seating 10 Board Room Style  
Members $100 per day $60 per half day/evening
Non Members $150 per day $100 per half day/evening

Equipment

Included with room hire:
TV/Video/DVD, White Board, Overhead Projector and PowerPoint Projector.
Data Projector Hire charge: $100 per day (minimum charge)

Catering

Morning and Afternoon Teas

An administration charge of $25 per half day booking or $50.00 per full day booking applies which includes free tea, coffee and milk.
Additional items are provided at the caterers' price to us - call for details.

Lunch/Finger Food

A variety of options are available, including hot finger food. Typical lunches can be catered from approx $15.00 per person upwards. Please contact us to discuss options.

Booking Conditions

Bookings are deemed to be firm and cancellation charges may apply unless at least seven (7) days notice is given.

All charges are payable within 7 days of invoice.
